Annual Fund campaigns

The Annual Fund is the foundation of any independent school’s philanthropy, and it had been underperforming for a school of St. Mary’s age and size. Over several years, I led a process that used clear positioning and attractive, well-designed collateral materials to supplement excellent staff and volunteer support. During my tenure, the Annual Fund exceeded $1 million for the first time, beat national participation benchmarks for both Parents and Alumnae, and recorded 100 percent participation for the first time from two alumnae classes and three grade levels.
