Campaign Name, Case Statement and Micro-site

It’s both a challenge and an opportunity to build a culture of philanthropy at the same time you’re raising money for a new building, but that’s what Flint Hill School took on in their latest capital campaign. Flint Hill is a unique independent school with a nurturing culture and can-do spirit, set in the heart of the ultra-competitive academic world of Northern Virginia.

Working with the Director of Institutional Advancement, we developed the campaign name and logo, and told the story of the school’s MOMENTUM in both a printed case statement brochure and campaign micro-site.

The best news? Using our tools, the school surpassed its previous record for capital fundraising, and the Board of Trustees gave the go-ahead to break ground on the new building.

What’s in a name? So often when it comes to a campaign name, not much. But by getting to the heart of the project and understanding the fundamental shift we sought to achieve in our culture of philanthropy, Leanne and Andrea were able to distill it into one perfect word. Momentum became a rallying call for not only the project but the school. What’s in a name? When done well, everything.
