Campaign case statement, Web site copy

This historic school on the Upper West Side of New York was in the final phase of a capital campaign to build the first-ever expansion of its landmark building, and wanted a microsite to use as a critical tool to tell their story. As part of a team assembled by Cheney and Company, I wrote the campaign case statement and developed and refined the copy as the site was designed, based on interviews with key leaders at the school. This work was executed on a tight schedule and based on understanding the school’s unique culture and authentic voice.

In December 2017, the microsite won a Gold award from InspirED, a community of independent school marketers. Here's what the judges said:

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the copy! It told a story and I was inspired to keep reading and learn more.
This page was extremely well-designed and the copy was first rate and flowed with the page. Scrolling through the page you got an overview of the campaign goals. There were places to click for more info, but you learned a lot just on the page.
